Refund policy
We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS unless a crystal arrives broken. Please provide a photo or proof within 24-48 hours of delivery date and we will inspect and evaluate the situation. In other cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement depending on situation and availability.
NO RETURNS. Please be sure you are claiming responsibly and are reading all descriptions fully before your purchase.
Unfortunately, once we ship out your package, we are no longer held responsible for any delayed or lost mail. All mail comes with a tracking number & is shipped via USPS or UPS. Please contact your post office or UPS with any issues you may have with your order.
We take time hand packaging and intuitively selecting your crystals. Please allow 5-10 days for the arrival of your package (not including processing and transit time).
